Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.


Return and Refund Conditions


The product must be in its original condition as received.


The product tag and any labels or attachments must not be removed.


The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged in any way.


The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying accessories.


Exchanges and Returns Accepted

Returns and repairs are accepted in the following cases:


There is a defect in the fit or stitching.


The product arrived damaged or defective.


You did not select the correct product.


You received a product different from the one ordered.


Products Eligible for Exchange and Return

The exchange and return service covers all products in the H7 Master store departments, subject to the conditions outlined above.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service through the official channels and send photos of the issue. We will then process your request and take the necessary steps to replace the product or issue a refund.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. After the order has been shipped or received, the above-mentioned explanation and refund policy will apply.
